Agreement to These Terms

By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Vetromani Tile & Remodeling (“Vetromani,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

What We Do

Vetromani is a tile showroom and remodeling company serving Broward and Palm Beach County, Florida. Through this website you can learn about our services, view past projects, and request a free estimate or consultation.

Estimates and Consultations

Requesting an estimate does not create a contract and does not obligate you to purchase anything. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time — including what you tell us and what we observe during a site visit.

Pricing, scope, and timelines quoted in an estimate are subject to change if conditions differ from what was assessed, if you change the scope, or if material availability changes. Any work we perform is governed by the separate written agreement you sign before the project begins. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Calls and Text Messages

Providing your phone number lets us call you about your project, estimate, and scheduling. It does not on its own opt you in to text messages.

Text messages are sent by Vetromani America Corporation and only to numbers where you have separately checked a consent box on one of our forms. Transactional consent (appointment reminders, scheduling, and estimate updates) and marketing consent (promotions and offers) are collected separately, and you may give one without the other. For either type, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never required to submit a form, request an estimate, or purchase anything from us.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device, and neither we nor your carrier can guarantee that every message will arrive or arrive on time.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit a form, or consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder of, or authorized to use, the phone number you provide. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Using This Website

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or someone else's contact details without permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Copy, scrape, or republish site content or project photography without our permission.

Project Photography and Content

The project photos on this site are real Vetromani work. All site content — including photographs, text, logos, and design — is owned by Vetromani or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Finished projects vary; photos show past work and are not a guarantee of a specific result in your home.

If you upload photos through one of our forms, you confirm you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them internally to prepare your estimate. We will not publish photos of your home publicly without asking you first.

This site may link to third-party websites, such as our Google Business Profile. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is error-free or complete. Information on this site is not professional advice for your specific property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetromani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibilities under a signed contract for work we perform, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
